Laine's Carrot Cake
Laine'S Carrot Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 c. oil, 1/2 tsp. salt and 3 c. shredded carrots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda and cinnamon. Add oil, then add the beaten eggs and the salt.
Beat batter; it will be thick.
Fold in chopped walnuts, carrots and raisins (optional).
Grease pan with margarine.
Bake at 350Β° in a 13 x 9-inch pan for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or in a 10 x 4-inch pan for 40 minutes.
