Kuntry Kassrole
Kuntry Kassrole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground heffer, 1 ungun, cut up, 1 c. rice, undone, 3 carats, cut up and 5 er 6 taters, cut up, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Put out ground heffer in bottom of big bakin' dish.
Sprinkle ungun over this.
Sprankle rice over this.
Lay carats over this. Lay taters over this.
Sprankle peas over this.
Poor cut up maters over this.
Cover and bake at 325Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Smuther with grated cheez and bake nother 15 minits and then...chow down!
