Krystal'S Vegetable Chili is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. chopped zucchini, 1 c. diced carrots, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped parsley and 1/2 lb. butter or margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Melt butter; saute vegetables until tender.
Add tomatoes and tomato sauce.
Add seasonings and simmer slowly for 1/2 hour.
Add beans and salt to taste; continue to simmer for another 1/2 hour. Serve hot.
