Kosher Dill Pickles
Kosher Dill Pickles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 qt. medium cukes, 4 c. vinegar, 1 c. salt, 3 qt. water and 4 sprigs dill, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Sterilize the jars for 5 minutes.
Wash pickling cukes. Let stand in hours.
Sprigs of dill in bottom of quart
Add 2 pieces of garlic and a of red pepper.
On top of each jar, put 2 sprigs of dill and a sprinkle of alum.
Combine vinegar, salt and water and bring to a boil.
Fill jars and seal.
Makes 7 quarts.
