Killer Fudge
Killer Fudge is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour. Made with c. sugar, c. evaporated milk, butter or margarine, (12 oz.) jar peanut butter and (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Combine sugar, milk and butter in a heavy 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Continue boiling over medium heat until mixture reaches 234Β° or soft ball stage.
Stir constantly to prevent scorching.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow cream and vanilla.
Stir until well blended and creamy.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Makes about 3 pounds of fudge.
