Kentucky Omelette
Kentucky Omelette is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, 1/4 c. celery, thinly sliced, 1/4 c. onion, diced, 1 tbsp. butter and 1/2 c. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine mushrooms, onion and celery.
Saute in butter until celery is tender-crisp.
Add sour cream and set aside.
Beat eggs and milk and pour half into skillet.
Add 1/4 cup ham and spread with half of filling.
When eggs are firmly set, fold in half and top with cheese slice.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Makes 2 large omelettes.
