Kay's Favorite Italian Beef
Kay'S Favorite Italian Beef is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 rump roast, 1 1/2 c. broth, 1/2 tsp. onion salt, 1/2 tsp. oregano and 1/2 tsp. italian seasoning, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook roast in water.
(I cook mine in crock-pot all day.) Let cool and slice or chop it.
In saucepan add remaining ingredients and bring to boil.
Pour over meat and bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
(I put sliced meat back in crock-pot and pour boiling broth over it and let it stay on low until ready to serve.)
