Kathy'S Fruit Compote is an easy dinner. Made with 1 can chunk pineapple (20 oz.), 1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.), some maraschino cherries, 2 bananas, sliced and 1 small box vanilla pudding (not instant), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Drain fruit; use 1 cup of juices and put in saucepan.
Add pudding; cook until glaze like.
Cool a little, then pour over fruit.
Put in refrigerator.
