In a frying the shrimp in olive oil for 1 minute, sprinkle jalapeño and red pepper flakes.
Add lemon juice to pan and cook shrimp, covered over medium heat minutes or until shrimp turns pink. Remove shrimp to a serving bowl.
Strain the sauce and reduce it over high heat to make 1/2 cup. Pour sauce over shrimp. May be served hot or cold.
