Jumbalaija is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 chicken, 1/4 c. butter, 1/2 lb. italian sausage, 1 1/2 c. chopped onion and 1 c. chopped green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
