Julie'S Crabmeat Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Sauté onion and celery in butter; add flour and blend.
Add milk and blend.
Remove from heat; add egg yolk, crabmeat, salt and pepper.
Stir in cheese.
Put in casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake at 350° about 30 minutes.
