Combine all except chicken.
Bring to boil.
Add whole chicken, cover and cook 10 minutes.
Remove pan from heat.
Let stand 20 minutes.
Remove chicken from liquid.
Place on rack and roast at 375Β° about 40 to 50 minutes or until done.
