Lightly oil a heatproof candy tray and keep flavoring, citric acid, and colors ready.
Boil sugar and corn syrup with water until the syrup reaches the hard-crack stage.
Remove from heat and quickly stir in watermelon flavoring and citric acid.
Tint portions green and pink, then pour and swirl them lightly on the tray.
Cool completely, crack into pieces, and dust lightly so the candy does not stick.
