Joanie's Pizzelles
Joanie'S Pizzelles is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 12 (1 doz.) eggs, 3 1/2 c. sugar, 4 sticks oleo, melted, 2 tsp. pure anise oil and 6 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Beat eggs well, gradually add sugar and beat.
Add oleo and beat until smooth.
Add anise oil, a few drops at a time, mixing well.
Add flour slowly, mixing well.
Add salt and whiskey, blending well.
