Jim's Little Ribs
Jim'S Little Ribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. baby beef ribs, 3 tbsp. oil, 3 tbsp. chili sauce, 2 tbsp. lemon juice and dash of black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Prepare ribs by wiping with wet towel.
Place in single layer in shallow roasting pan.
Roast at 450° for 20 minutes, turning once.
Prepare basting sauce.
Mix all ingredients.
Remove ribs from oven.
Brush with sauce on both sides.
Return to oven.
Bake at 450° for 20 minutes longer or until tender.
Baste from time to time while baking.
Serves 4.
