Jill's Peachy Fruitcake
Jill'S Peachy Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. packed brown sugar, 1 tsp. each: baking soda and cinnamon, 1 c. chopped mixed candied fruit and peel, 1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained and chopped and 1 c. prepared mincemeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In a very large mixing bowl, stir together flour and brown sugar, soda and spices.
Stir in fruits, peels, nuts and raisins. Add peaches, milk, mincemeat and brandy.
Mix well.
Turn into 2 greased and floured loaf pans or 5 mini loaf pans.
Bake 2 hours or until done at 300Β°.
Remove from pans.
Wrap in clear wrap or foil and store in a cool place.
Add ribbon or holly or miniature bottle of brandy to be used for soaking cloth by lucky recipient.
