Jewish Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 egg whites, beaten dry, 2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar and 1 pt. whipping cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Beat the sugar into the beaten dry egg whites.
Add the vanilla and vinegar. Butter a square cake pan (8 x 8-inch).
Line with wax paper.
Put mixture into wax paper lined pan.
Bake 35 minutes in a 350Β° oven. When cool, cut in half.
