Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 eggs, 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1/3 c. orange juice, 1 c. vegetable oil and 2 tbsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Beat together eggs, vanilla, orange juice and vegetable oil. Mix together cinnamon and sugar.
Mix flour and baking powder. Peel and slice apples in small bowl.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan.
Add flour and baking powder mixture slowly to the beaten egg mixture.
Beat 2 minutes.
Pour 1/3 of batter in cake pan.
Cover with 1/3 of apples.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Repeat 2 more times, ending with sugar and cinnamon mixture on top.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Serves 12.
