Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 to 6 small apples, sliced thin, 4 tbsp. sugar, 4 tbsp. cinnamon, 3 c. flour and 2 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
In separate bowl, mix all other ingredients with a spoon until smooth.
Layer in Bundt pan (coated with Pam) 2 layers of apples and 2 layers of batter (alternate 1 apple layer, 1 batter layer).
The top layer should be apples.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour to 1 hour 10 minutes.
