Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 apples, peeled, cored and diced, 4 tsp. sugar, 3 tsp. cinnamon, 3 c. flour and 2 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Grease and flour tube pan.
Set oven to 350°.
Mix together in small bowl and set aside the apples, 4 teaspoons sugar and cinnamon.
In large bowl mix together other ingredients.
Arrange the batter and apple mixture in layers.
Begin with batter and end with apples, 3 layers of each.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours (for Teflon pan bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or two 6-cup Bundt pans for 45 minutes to 1 hour).
