Jewish Apple Cake
Jewish Apple Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. flour, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. vegetable oil, 4 eggs, beaten fluffy and 1/3 c. fresh orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine flour, 2 cups sugar, oil, eggs, orange juice, vanilla and baking soda.
Beat at least 5 minutes.
The batter will be very thick.
Core, peel and very thinly slice apples.
Mix 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon in separate bowl.
Grease and flour tube pan. Alternate cinnamon/sugar, apples and batter (in that order), 1/3 of each at a time.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until toothpick comes out clean.
