Jewel-Toned Fruitcake
Jewel-Toned Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. dried apricots, 2 c. pitted dates, 1 c. drained red and/or green maraschinos, 1 1/2 c. brazil nuts (3/4 lb.) and 1 c. red and green candied pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Leave all ingredients whole; mix in a large bowl.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, eggs and vanilla.
