Jesse'S Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda, 1 1/2 c. butter, softened, 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar and 1/2 c. granulated sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix flour with baking soda.
Set aside.
Combine butter, sugars, pudding mix and vanilla in large mixer bowl.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets, about 2-inches apart.
Bake at 375Β° for 8 to 10 minutes.
