"Jersey Devil" Clams
"Jersey Devil" Clams is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. ground clams, 1/2 c. clam juice, chopped onion to taste, 3 tbsp. ground green pepper and 2 tbsp. celery leaves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Simmer clams in juice for 5 minutes.
Cook onion, green pepper, celery and celery leaves in a little butter until tender. Combine with thyme, pepper, mustard and bread crumbs.
Mix well with clams.
Grease clam shells, fill with mixture and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Bake at 350Β° for 25 to 30 minutes.
