Jennifer's Lasagna
Jennifer'S Lasagna is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 2 hours 14 minutes. Made with . lean ground beef, c. chopped onion, garlic, crushed, (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut in pieces (reserve liquid) and (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Brown beef, onion and garlic.
Drain off fat.
Stir in the undrained tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, basil and salt. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Boil water in large pan.
Add the lasagna noodles and oil. Cook until tender.
Drain and rinse noodles.
Beat eggs.
Add 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, Ricotta, parsley and pepper.
