Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. cake flour, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt, 3 egg whites and jelly, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Beat egg whites until stiff.
Beat in 1/2 cup sugar.
Mix egg yolks and water; beat until foamy.
Add 1/4 cup sugar, beating until thick.
Add lemon juice.
Fold egg yolk mixture into egg whites.
Fold in flour mixture.
Bake 20 minutes on waxed paper on greased cookie sheet at 350Β°.
Remove wax paper and spread jelly immediately; roll.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
