Jelly Roll
Jelly Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 3 eggs, 1/4 c. water, pinch of salt and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Beat sugar and eggs until light and lemon colored.
Add water and mix.
Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together; mix thoroughly.
Add the vanilla and finish mixing.
Pour into a 10 x 15-inch jelly roll pan that has been greased and lined with waxed paper or foil which has also been greased.
Bake in a 375Β° oven until the roll springs back when touched lightly, about 15 minutes.
When done, turn out on a paper towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Roll up and let cool.
When cooled, unroll and spread with your favorite jam or jelly, lemon pie filling or a pudding.
Roll up carefully and refrigerate until ready to use. Sprinkle with more powdered sugar, if desired.
