Jelly Bismarks
Jelly Bismarks is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1/3 c. sugar, 1 tsp. salt, 1/3 c. butter and 2 pkg. active dry yeast, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Heat milk in a small saucepan, until bubbles form around edge of pan.
Remove from heat.
Add sugar, salt and butter, stir to melt.
Cool to lukewarm.
In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water.
Stir yeast until dissolved.
Add milk mixture, egg yolks and 2 cups flour with electric mixer at medium speed.
Beat until smooth, approximately 2 minutes with a spoon, stir in remaining flour, beating again until smooth.
Dough will be very soft.
