Jello Cut-out Cookies
Jello Cut-Out Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (2 sticks) oleo (soft), 1 c. sugar, 1 sm. pkg. jello, 3 eggs and 3 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Cream together oleo and sugar, add Jello and eggs, and mix well.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Combine all ingredients together.
Form into ball or brick and refrigerate several hours - overnight is best.
When ready to cut out, roll out on slightly floured surface, and cut out using favorite cookie cutters.
Bake at 350Β° until lightly browned.
Cool and frost or decorate to your desire.
At Christmas time, using red and green Jello and using Christmas cookie cutters, they are good, healthy, and pretty even without frosting.
