Jello Custard
Jello Custard is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 egg yolks, 1/2 c. sugar, 3/4 c. milk, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jell-o (or desired flavor), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook first 4 ingredients as boiled custard.
Add Jell-O.
Stir until Jell-O is completely dissolved.
Let cool and add pineapple and marshmallows.
When mixture starts to jell, gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites and cream, whipped.
