Jellied Green Bean Salad
Jellied Green Bean Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello, 1 c. boiling water, 2 c. ice cubes, 1/3 c. sliced celery and 2 tbsp. sliced stuffed olives, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve jello and salt in boiling water.
Add vinegar and ice and stir until jello begins to thicken (about 3 to 5 minutes). Remove unmelted ice.
Fold in vegetables and pour into 4 cup mold or individual molds.
Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
Unmold and garnish with crisp salad greens and mayonnaise.
Makes 6 servings.
