Jellied Chicken Or Tuna Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans chunk style tuna, drained or equal amount of cubed chicken, 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped, 1/2 c. stuffed olives, chopped, 1 tbsp. shallots or onions, chopped and 2 tbsp. capers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine first 5 ingredients.
Soften gelatin in cold water in measuring cup.
Put cup in pan of boiling water, stirring until gelatin is dissolved.
Stir into mayo.
Mix well with tuna or chicken mixture.
Pour into 1 1/4 qt. ring mold, or individual molds.
Chill for 2 hours or longer.
No salad dressing is needed. Serve with lots of watercress garnish.
