Jelled Waldorf Salad
Jelled Waldorf Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (4-serving size) lemon flavor gelatin, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 c. cold water and ice cubes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add lemon juice.
Combine cold water and ice to make 2 cups.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove unmelted ice.
Whisk in mayonnaise. Chill until thickened.
Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
Pour into 5-cup mold which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Chill until firm (about 4 hours).
Unmold.
Makes 10 servings.
