Jean's Lasagna
Jean'S Lasagna is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 1 envelope onion soup mix, 2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce, 1 c. water and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Cook beef until browned; drain off grease.
Stir in onion soup, tomato sauce and water.
Bring to a boil and simmer 15 minutes. Meanwhile, cook lasagna noodles.
Drain and let stand in cold water.
In a 2-quart oblong dish, place half the meat sauce, then layer noodles and top with a layer of cheese.
Repeat, ending with cheese.
Bake at 400Β° for 5 minutes or until cheese is desired brownness.
