Jean's Dijon Salad Dressing
Jean'S Dijon Salad Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 tbsp. dijon mustard, 3 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 1 or 2 cloves garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine mustard and vinegars in blender.
Add everything except oil. Whirl until blended. With blender running, add oil, one tablespoon at a time.
Chill.
