Japanese Fruit Pie
Japanese Fruit Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1/2 c. margarine, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. each: pecans or black walnuts, raisins and coconut and 1 tsp. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In large bowl, combine eggs, margarine and sugar until creamy. Add nuts, raisins, coconut, vanilla and vinegar.
Mix well.
Pour into unbaked pie crust.
Bake 5 minutes at 425°.
Reduce heat to 325° and bake about 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
