Japanese Chicken
Japanese Chicken is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, cut into eighths, 1/3 c. soy sauce, 1 tbsp. ketchup, 1 tbsp. sherry or vermouth and 2 cloves garlic, crushed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix soy sauce, ketchup, sherry and garlic.
Place in a large bowl.
Place chicken in marinade.
Marinate in refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours, turning the chicken occasionally.
Transfer chicken to baking dish and bake for 45 minutes at 350Β° or until chicken is cooked through.
