Janet's Stuffed Mushrooms
Janet'S Stuffed Mushrooms is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. whole mushrooms, 1/2 lb. sausage, parmesan cheese, 1/4 c. bread or cracker crumbs and 1/2 small onion, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cut stems from mushrooms and set mushroom caps aside.
Saute mushroom stems and onion with sausage until tender.
Let cool slightly and add bread or cracker crumbs.
Spoon into mushroom caps and place on cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375Β° until caps are tender, about 15 minutes.
