Jane'S Italian Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. salad oil, 1 c. vinegar, 1/2 c. catsup, 1 tbsp. italian seasoning and 1 tsp. dry mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Put mixture in quart jar and finish filling with water until full.
Pour from jar into pan and bring mixture to boil.
Add the 1 tablespoon cornstarch (add water to the tablespoon of cornstarch until milky like and then put in).
Boil all until clear.
