Jane's Cranberry Chutney
Jane'S Cranberry Chutney is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1 lb. bag whole cranberries, 2 c. sugar, 1 c. white raisins and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Drain juice from pineapple and place in saucepan.
Add sugar, cranberries, raisins and spices.
Heat to boiling.
Lower heat and simmer 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add nuts and pineapple. Excellent served with ham, turkey and chicken.
Keeps well in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Freezes well.
