Jan's Chicken Stock
Jan'S Chicken Stock is an easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, 1 gal. water, 1 large onion, 3 stalks celery with leaves and 1/2 c. chicken bouillon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place all ingredients, except the chicken liver, into a large pan.
Bring to a boil.
Turn heat to simmer for 2 hours.
Remove chicken, strain broth.
