Mix butter, sugar and egg yolk.
Blend flour and cinnamon. Add to butter mixture.
Pat into lightly greased 15 x 10-inch pan. Beat water and egg white until frothy.
Brush over dough and sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 to 25 minutes until very lightly browned.
Cut immediately into 3 x 1-inch strips.
