Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 thick slice ham, cubed, 1 clove garlic, minced, 1 c. chopped onion, 4 tbsp. butter and 2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes, diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large skillet, cook ham, garlic and onion in butter until onion is transparent.
Add tomatoes, bouillon, rice, sugar and all spices.
Cover and cook until rice is tender (15 to 20 minutes). Add shrimp, olives and peppers.
Simmer about 5 to 10 minutes to desired thickness.
Serves 8 to 10.
