Jambalaya
Jambalaya is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. diced onion, 1 green bell pepper, diced, 1 red bell pepper, diced, 5 stalks celery, diced and 1/4 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In large frying pan (with lid), saute onion, green and red pepper and diced celery in hot olive oil/oleo mixture, until soft. Add tomatoes, corn, okra, diced ham and/or chicken.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add shrimp; simmer 7 minutes.
Test shrimp for doneness.
