Jam-Filled Cookies
Jam-Filled Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. oleo, softened, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 2 eggs, 1 tsp. vanilla and 3 1/2 c. bisquick, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Heat oven to 375Β°.
Mix butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly.
Stir in baking mix.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on cookie sheet, ungreased.
Spread slightly. Top each with 1/2 teaspoon
Drop small amount of dough onto jam.
Bake light brown, to 12 minutes.
Cool, remove from sheet.
Makes 4 dozen.
