Jam Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 4 egg yolks, 1 c. pecans, 1 tsp. soda and 2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

In large mixing bowl cream butter and sugar.
Add egg yolks, jam and pineapple.
Blend until smooth.
Add alternately dry ingredients and buttermilk.
Fold in nuts, then egg whites.
Bake in 3 greased and floured round cake pans at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
