Mix cornmeal, flour, sugar, salt and baking powder.
Set aside. Lightly beat eggs, milk and oil.
Add flour mixture, cream corn, chilies, cheese and onion; mix well.
Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake 25 minutes at 425Β°.
