Jalapeño Potatoes
Jalapeño Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 potatoes, 1 stick oleo, 2 small jars chopped pimento, salt and pepper and 2 small bell peppers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Peel, slice and boil potatoes until tender.
Drain.
Melt oleo and saute bell pepper.
Add pimento, salt and pepper.
Add flour and blend until thickened.
Add milk and cook until sauce begins to thicken.
Add cheese and cook on low until melted.
Place potatoes in a single layer in a large baking dish sprayed with Pam.
Pour blended cheese sauce over potatoes and bake 45 minutes at 350° uncovered.
Serves 8.
