Jalapeño Jelly
Jalapeño Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 2 green peppers (bell), 1 can jalapeño peppers, 6 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/2 c. white vinegar and 2 pkg. plain gelatin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
👨🍳 Instructions
Mix green peppers with jalapeño peppers in food processor or blender.
In large pot mix sugar, vinegar and gelatin.
Add the blended peppers.
Bring to a boil, stirring continuously.
Lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring all the time.
Cool slightly and put in jars.
Place in refrigerator to cool.
Keep in refrigerator.
