Jalapeño Jelly
Jalapeño Jelly is an easy dinner. Made with 3/4 c. ground green bell pepper, 1/4 c. ground, fresh jalapeños, 1 c. cider vinegar, 5 c. sugar and 1 (6 oz.) bottle fruit pectin, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Combine first 4 ingredients in pan; boil 4 minutes.
Remove and cool 1 minute.
Add pectin and few drops of food coloring. Pour into sterile jars and seal.
